N A L I A Fifth chamber: TECHNO HELL
Construction tech, Robotic organisms
and the God Head By Lisa Brandt (Futurelic) , God Head voice by
Xosonic, electronic sound effects and sound engineering by Clarity,
spoken word (ranting) by Melbournes most aggressive poet Robert
Conlon. Explores the relationship between technology and the
search for a god.
A seven minute process where the audience are led into the chamber,
where upon they are confronted by live and recorded sounds, surviellance
and the robotic God Head.
The God Head questioned the audience about themselves and subjected them to a
technological simulation inducing paranoia, media anxiety, claustrophobia, sensory
overload and personal insecurities. This was designed to bring apon an artificial
confrontation, to distinguish real from artificial media anxiety, conflict.
